Founder Profile

Lydia Nemirovsky, MS, OTR/L is the CEO and founder of SPMS. Lydia is the recipient of the 2024 Innovation Award from the National Board of Occupational Therapists and the 2024 Recognition of Excellence Award from the Maryland Occupational Therapy Association. In addition to running the practice, Lydia is the host of the podcast, "The Pain Management Toolbox." She lives in Howard County with her husband and two sons, Rocky and Max.
